There is someone interested in paying for an OS/2 port of the VIC Video-Conferencing Tool (http://www-mice.cs.ucl.ac.uk/multimedia/software/vic/), and is willing to pay $1000 for a working release.

The developer would maintain the right to make whatever else he likes of the product, including reselling it to third parties or putting it in the public domain.
