How to improve OS/2 installation and deployment?

1) It is recommended install Neo OS/2 without dialogs. The 1-st version of installer should and *must* install without dialogs. User selects disk, the installer creates system volume on the hard drive and data volume adds 2 null network adapters. (Major part of Windows installation DVDs are expanding Windows without dialog with the user)
