that brand new machines (e.g. Compaq V3015) show up which no longer have PCI BIOS built in! This means you can't install Warp4/eCS because there is no more access to the PCI bus by means of OEMHLP$.

To be more precise: you *can* install, but no driver installs for built-in devices (USB, LAN, audio, ...) if the driver directly or indirectly relies os OEMHLP$. DaniS506 can work around this (/!BIOS) but generally there needs to be a replacement of OEMHLP$ which doesn't call into PCI BIOS.

ma compaq V3000 has no sound and picture quality is low
