A) eCo Labs International: part of the projects will be available for european/american developers. (eCo Labs - is a laboratory of design and development of software for eCS).

B) APeCS - Catalogue of software. To activate the catalogue, we added icons and screenshots to the records. (the users don't like "dry" text) example

1) The activity during this summer was very low, it's very hot in Russia/Ukraine. Some OS/2 users are busy fighting with wild fires - Evgen's livejournal

 
2) New podcast from Australia - This podcast covers the available software that could be used to add most of the required multimedia capabilities to an eComStation system for it to perform the role of a home media centre.

 
4) The users with Firefox 3.5 or higher can test HTML5 applications: a) Muro editor, b) Molecules

 
5) How new developers can join eComStation development team?

1) Every eComStation PC is equipped with eCenter and Pulse widget (shows the load of CPU). Question: the Pulse widget should be enabled or disabled by default?

• "+" the user can see what happens with the computer
• "-" computer it's like fridge or mobile phone today, why show internal processes?
• "-" 100% load is very rare, the user doesn't care if the system and programs have finished a task with 5 seconds delay.

2) You can install eComStation from CD disk. There is no free space on CD1, this makes damage to the system development (it's impossible add new sub-systems, new drivers and components).

Question: Are you ready to install eComStation from DVD?

3) Seems that "OS/2 Warp" fans movement (in 90-th) was based on critics of Microsoft Windows. The users were discussing Windows bugs instead of discussion of OS/2 software.

Question: is it necessary start the publication of anti-Microsoft news? (eComStation.RU never used this methods in the past).
