With regards the list of videos (mainly on Youtube in flash format), you may want to take a look a Sigurds "what the hell is II" video at http://ecomstationaustralia.podbean.com - if you are using Firefox/2 version 3.5 or later, the video and sound will simply play as it is using HTML5 and OGG-Theora which is built into the base firefox code and hence NO Flash, or other plugin is required.

I hope you'll see the result is quite good - certainly as good as youtube flash and none of the hassles, hangs and heavy processor load that Flash brings!
